All MBD products are shipped from Japan. Because this is an international shipment, import duties may apply when the package arrives in your country. The duty amount depends on the purchase price, but it is typically around $50 or more.
When placing your order, please make sure to provide the following information accurately:
• Full legal name (no nicknames)
• A complete and deliverable address
• A valid phone number used in your country
Providing correct information is very important for international shipping. If the information is incorrect or incomplete, it may take additional time to request corrections with the carrier, which could delay the delivery of your package.
If incorrect information is provided, I will do my best to submit a correction request to the shipping carrier. However, if the package is lost due to incorrect or incomplete information, I may not be able to issue a refund.
If all information was entered correctly and the package is lost during transit, a full refund will be issued.
